Pilates.
Joy has been practicing pilates for 6+ years and is certified through Power Pilates. These one-on-one sessions are meant to create a safe and fun space in which to express yourself and your body. Joy will lead you through movements that are fun and challenging, while improving strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

Health Coaching.
Combining movement and nutrition in a one-on-one setting, Joy's health coaching sessions will help you on your journey to feel strong, flexible, confident and in-tune with your body. With over 8 years of experience in natural health and healing, Joy will lead you through her signature movements which combine strength training with whole body balance. She will also provide in-depth nutrition/herbalism coaching.

Nutrition.
Joy is a NASM certified Nutrition Coach and offers a nutrition package that aims to decolonize your relationship with food. During this program Joy will work with you via one-on-one nutrition/herbal counseling as a way to connect with your body.
